A quick note to thank you and your staff in helping to arrange a great itinerary for Denise and myself  to visit Cuba, this April just gone.

We have completed and returned to Veloso Tours the questionnaire you sent out to us.

We had been looking forward to the holiday, of course, and we think the whole package arranged for us in Cuba could not have been any better.

Both yourselves and your partners Veloso Tours did a great job, and the agents who looked after us in Cuba, particularly Martha, were first class.

All three hotels you booked us into are to be well recommended, and the agents transfers across country were on time, clean, smart and friendly.

The Cuban people are very friendly, and we felt very safe at all times in all of the locations, restaurants and bars (hic).

The internal tour arranged for us was very interesting, covering a lot of the local commerce and trade, and the trips we made ourselves whilst there good fun, being looked after by local guides.

Roll on the next venture!
